Returns
Customer satisfaction is our main goal at Wholesale Rubbermaid Supply so all returns will be handled on a case by case
basis. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, or simply wish to return/exchange a product please fill out a Return Request Form as soon as possible. Note: All returns must be made within 30 days of date of delivery and be in the original Shipping box... Returns without the original packaging or past 30 days of date of delivery will not be accepted for return. All returns are subject to a 15 percent re-stocking fee.
Floor machines, sheds and vacuum cleaners are unfortunately not returnable and are handled by the manufactures warranty.
Purchase orders and Net-30 Terms
Wholesale Rubbermaid Supply does not extend Net-30 terms at this time. Payments must be maid by either credit card, or by check in advance.
